- Fees applied for requests that require research in excess of 1 hour.
- Estimate of fees will be provided in advance based on an hourly rate of $25.00.

- 20.00 flat fee to be paid in advance + additional fees applied for requests that require research in excess of 1 hour.
- Estimates of additional fees will be provided in advance based on an hourly rate of $30.00.
