Sub-series consists of order books which contain a record of goods ordered from the general store and paid at a later date.

Order books sometimes include lists of items lent and bought for public picnics, as well as orders for coal. In addition, the following order books have sections within them in which the orders and payments for specific seasonal goods are recorded: Feb. 1923 – Oct. 1923 and Jan. 1924 – Sept. 1924 (hay orders); Sept. 1924 – Aug. 1925 and Aug. 1925 – Feb. 1929 (potato orders); and Aug. 1920 – Dec. 1920 (potato orders and payment by berries, as well as mackerel sales for May and June, 1919).

Order book Dec. 1921 – June 1922 includes a “List of Steel Barrels”. Order book March 1931 – Oct. 1931 includes a list of oxen bought and the meat sold from them. Order book March 1937 – Apr. 1937 includes a “List of Phosphate on Wharf”.
