From left to right:
1. “Arsene à Fedoque” was Marie Arsene LeBlanc, b. 9 July 1858, daughter of Jean Adrien (called “Fedoque”) and Catherine (Muise) LeBlanc of Abram’s River, NS. Arsene was married 12 Jan. 1886 to Augustin LeBlanc (son of Remi and Anne (Doucet) LeBlanc of Abram’s River, NS). Augustin was b. 18 Sept. 1857. They lived in Abram’s River until sometime after 1901 when they moved to Bernard St. in Yarmouth. She died ca. 1928.
2. “Manise, femme à Sulpice, fille (should read soeur) à Pierre à P’tit homme.” She was Marie Babin, daughter of Joseph and Osithe (Trahan) Babin of Yar. Co., NS. She was born ca. 1833 and d. 6 Dec. 191, aged 78. She married 14 Nov. 1854 at the SAR church to Sulpice Moulaison (son of Ambroise and Marguerite (Thibeau) Moulaison of Abram’s River, NS. They lived in Abram’s River, NS.
3. “Dedayne femme à Jarvais Moulaison” was Marie Helene LeBlanc, b. 9 Oct. 1831, dau. of Jean Chrysostome and Francoise (Hubbard) LeBlanc of Amirault’s Hill, Yar. Co., NS. She married 13 Jan. 1852 Gervais Moulaison, b. 20 Aug. 1829, son of Ambroise and Marguerite (Thibeau) Moulaison of Abram’s River, NS. They lived in Abram’s River, NS.
4. “Madeleine à Francois à Bazil” was Marie Magdelaine ["Madeleine"] LeBlanc, b. 9 Feb. 1851, dau. of Jean Adrien [called "Fedoque"] and Catherine (Muise) LeBlanc of Abram’s River, Yar. Co., NS. She married 25 Oct. 1870 at SAR to Francois LeBlanc (son of Basil and Marie Ludivine ["Louise"] (Robicheau) LeBlanc of Abram’s River). Madeleine and her husband Francois always lived in Abram’s River, NS.
Note: The younger women on each end of the photo are sisters, both being daughters of “Fedoque” [Jean Adrien] LeBlanc. The two older women are sisters-in-law, marr. to the brothers Gervais and Sulpice Moulaison.
